Governor Jacqueline Salas and Lt. Governor Joseph Tamayo will give remarks and proclaim May 6, 2009 as “Island Leadership Day.”
A proclamation ceremony is scheduled for today at 3:30 p.m. at the Holiday Resort in Tumon. The event will include a merienda hosted by the Department of Youth Affairs for all student leaders throughout the island.
