A STATEMENT FROM THE GOVERNOR AND LT. GOVERNOR OF GUAM |

July 7, 2009 Governor Felix P. Camacho and Lt. Governor Michael W. Cruz, M.D. issued the following statement regarding the death of former Mayor Vicente S. San Nicolas: “We are saddened by the passing of Mayor Vicente San Nicolas. His 22 years of service to our island, especially to the municipality of Ordot-Chalan Pago, will never be forgotten. We ask the people of Guam to join us in praying for the San Nicolas family during this difficult time. I have ordered all government agencies to fly flags at half-staff until the day of interment for Mayor San Nicolas.”
