A STATEMENT FROM THE ACTING GOVERNOR OF GUAM |

Acting Governor Michael W. Cruz, M.D., issued the following statement:
“On behalf of Governor Felix P. Camacho, I join the people of Guam and our nation in mourning the loss of U.S. Army First Sergeant Jose San Nicolas Crisostomo. He is a son of Guam who served our island and country with great distinction and dedication, and he will always be remembered. I have declared a state of mourning and ordered all flags to be flown at half staff in his honor. I ask the people of Guam to pray for his family and all the men and women who protect our great nation.”
