Visiting off-island C-Change officials will present Lieutenant Governor Michael W. Cruz, M.D., the 2009 C-Change Award for his cancer prevention leadership efforts. The Guam Comprehensive Cancer Control Coalition will also receive the 2009 C-Change Award for exemplary implementation of cancer control measures. Media is invited to attend the award presentation tomorrow, Sept. 25, 2009, at 10 a.m. at the Government House, Agana Heights. |
